Objectives § Fact-finding: Access to accurate information on ground realities is integral to any movement. The department focuses on building a database of fundamental statistics for use by community centres.
§ Evaluation: The department undertakes appraisal of methods and strategies of social work of movements and organizations with a view to developing innovative systems for social action.
§ Collaboration: The department collaborates closely with other like-minded organizations doing research in similar areas, or in cross-cultural studies. |
